Ryan Geary has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ryan started their career at Duke Energy Corporation as an Electrical Engineering Intern in 2015. Following that, they interned at Northrop Grumman Corporation for three consecutive years, specializing in Processing Technologies and Digital Technology Engineering. Ryan then joined Northrop Grumman as a Virtual Integration & Test Engineer in 2019. Moving forward, they transitioned to Epirus in 2021, where they have held multiple roles, including Digital ASIC/FPGA Design Engineer, Senior Digital ASIC/FPGA Design Engineer, and currently serves as the Principal ASIC/FPGA Design Engineer. Their responsibilities at Epirus include design, verification, placement, routing, and validation of power management ASICs, as well as benchtop FPGA interface design and implementation.

Ryan Geary has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University (2018-2019). Ryan also earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (2013-2017) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (2013-2017) from the same university. Prior to attending North Carolina State University, they studied Business Administration and Management/Physics at Forsyth Technical Community College (2012-2013), but did not obtain a degree from there.
