Kaylee Banas

Kaylee Banas has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Kaylee began their career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Henderson Glass in 2014. In 2016, Kaylee joined Kelly Services as an Onboard Coordinator before transitioning to the role of Recruiter, where they matched qualified candidates for positions in sales and technical support. Kaylee also served as a Service Coordinator, overseeing employment-related issues and compliance with regulations.

In 2017, Kaylee moved to EPITEC, where they initially worked as a Technical Recruiter. Kaylee conducted full-cycle recruiting for IT, engineering, and professional positions for major companies. Kaylee developed strategies to identify and screen qualified candidates. Later, Kaylee became an Account Manager at EPITEC, managing a portfolio of technology accounts. Kaylee'sresponsibilities included developing relationships with high-level management, attending client meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Most recently, Kaylee has taken on the role of Manager of Sales and Recruiting at EPITEC, starting in February 2021. Kaylee'sresponsibilities in this role are not specified.

Kaylee Banas completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Oakland University. Kaylee attended Oakland University from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Kaylee has obtained a certification in the Emerging Leaders Program from the University of Michigan's Stephen M.
