Javier Liebana Ambrosio

Javier Liebana Ambrosio has extensive experience in project and operations management, having held various leadership roles at EPSA Internacional S.A. since March 1998, including Operations Manager, Country Manager, and Group Projects Manager. Notable projects include management of the LAV Madrid-Zaragoza and LAV Zaragoza-Lerida segments. Javier also served as Country Manager for EPSA UK PROJECTS LIMITED from May 2017 to September 2020 and as Country Manager for EPSA Panama, S.A. from January 2012 to February 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing the design and construction of significant infrastructure projects such as the third set of locks at Borinquen. Javier's educational background includes a degree in Mining Engineering from Universidad de Cantabria and multiple safety advisor certifications in ergonomics, psychology, and industrial hygiene from Formabask and Centro de Formacion CEFORA.
