Alok Gaur

Alok Gaur has a diverse work experience in the field of real estate and finance. Alok is currently the Head of Client Relations and Capital Raising at EQT Exeter, where they lead a global team responsible for raising capital for real estate funds. Prior to this, they served as an Investment Advisory Committee Member at BLG Capital Advisors and as an Advisory Board Member at Akara Partners, LLC.

Alok also has extensive experience in investor relations and capital raising. Alok was the Global Head of Investor Relations at LaSalle Investment Management, where they managed a team responsible for raising capital for real estate private equity and debt funds. Alok also served as the Global Co-Head of the Client Capital Group at LaSalle. Before joining LaSalle, Alok worked as a Managing Director and Partner in the Investor Relations group at The Carlyle Group.

Earlier in their career, Alok held positions at Greenhill & Co., Credit Suisse, The John Buck Company, and Coopers & Lybrand. In these roles, they gained experience in sourcing third-party equity, raising capital for real estate funds, and executing acquisitions and joint-ventures.

Alok Gaur completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in South Asian Languages & Civilizations from the University of Chicago in 1990. Alok then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, graduating in 1993. In addition to their formal education, Alok Gaur has obtained certifications in Series 24, Series 63, and Series 7 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
