Rikke Bak

Rikke Bak is an accomplished office manager with extensive experience at EQT Group since August 2004. Prior to this role, Rikke Bak held positions as a team leader and team assistant at McKinsey & Company from 2000 to 2004. Rikke Bak holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, awarded with distinction in September 2022, and a Master of Arts degree in English and Psychology from Syddansk Universitet, completed in 2000. Additionally, Rikke Bak studied as an exchange student in Graduate studies in American History at Ohio University from 1996 to 1997 and completed the Higher Commercial Examination Programme at TietgenSkolen hhx in 1993.
