Sabrina Mach

Sabrina Mach is an experienced design and product service leader currently serving as the Head of Design and Product Service for the DACH Region at Equal Experts since October 2024. Previously, Sabrina held various leadership roles at Thoughtworks from November 2018 to September 2024, including Head of Product Innovation Service for Europe and Head of Customer Experience, Product and Design Service Line for Germany, driving innovative solutions in technology and business models. Prior experience includes positions as Head of UX at Mobimeo, User Experience Design Lead at OptioPay Group, Lead Experience Designer at ThoughtWorks, and Co-founder and Head of UX at Webnographer. Sabrina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Photography with Cultural Studies from the University of East London.
