Clement Ong

Clement Ong serves as the Regional Legal Counsel and Ethics and Compliance Officer for ERIKS since July 2023, providing support across Asia Pacific operations. With over a decade of experience in legal roles, Clement has held senior positions, including Senior Legal Counsel at LONGi Solar and Legal Counsel at OSRAM, where oversight of contract management and corporate governance was paramount. In academia, Clement has been a tutor at Wawasan Open University since January 2010, teaching business law and corporate governance at both postgraduate and undergraduate levels. Educational credentials include multiple master's degrees in law, business administration, and accountancy, alongside professional qualifications in corporate governance and strategic management.
