Saša de Jong

Saša de Jong has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. They started in 2000 as a Customer Service Manager at Butan plin. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at SHV Gas as the Global Talent Manager and later as an Operational Excellence Project Manager. At ERIKS Nederland, from 2010 to 2014, they served as an HR Manager. From 2014 to 2017, they held the position of Group Talent Director at ERIKS, where they implemented a Global Talent Management strategy and a new HR system. At ERIKS North America, from 2017 to 2022, they had multiple roles, including Director Organizational Development, Director Strategic Projects/Business Transformation, and VP of Operations and Supply Chain. They led teams and implemented various initiatives resulting in significant cost savings, improved operational efficiency, and increased revenues. Currently, Saša is working as the Head of Operations at ERIKS.

Saša de Jong holds a master's degree in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership from Penn State University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2022. Saša also completed a degree in Finance for Non-Financial Managers at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2016.

Prior to that, Saša de Jong earned a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics in 2006. In 2003, they attended the Young Managers Program at IEDC - Bled School of Management.

Additionally, Saša de Jong has obtained various certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2019, Lean Green belt from the International Independent Board for Lean Certification vzw in 2016, Fish! workshop trainer from Performance Solutions in 2012, SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) Certified from CEB in 2010, and DDI Trainer from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2009.
