Rob Maloney

Rob Maloney, FACHE has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Rob is currently serving as the EVP & System COO at Erlanger Health System, a position they started in September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Mercy Health from June 2018 to September 2020. Before joining Mercy Health, they had multiple roles at HCA Healthcare, including Chief Operating Officer from March 2018 to June 2018, Vice President of Operations from March 2017 to March 2018, and Sr. Director, Operations Improvement from June 2014 to March 2017. Rob also served as the CEO of Home Health, Inc in 2013 and as the Regional Director of Operations at EnduraCare Therapy Management, Inc from 2007 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked at HealthSouth as the Director of Marketing Operations from July 2006 to March 2007, as the Executive Director at Henry Medical Center from 2004 to 2006, and as an Administrator at HealthSouth from 2000 to 2004.

Rob Maloney, FACHE, holds an MBA in Business Administration from Troy University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Prior to their time at Troy University, they earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2000. Before pursuing their DPT, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness, also from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, from 1994 to 1997. Rob completed their high school education at Richard Montgomery High School from 1987 to 1991, earning a Diploma.
