Steve Topping

Steve Topping has extensive work experience in various leadership and executive roles. Steve most recently served as the Director of Operations at Erlanger Health System since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked for Healogics, Inc. as a Program Director from 2010 to November 2022. Additionally, they held multiple positions at Cumberland Hall of Chattanooga, including Regional Executive Director of Outpatient Services from 2005 to 2009, and Director of Program Operations from 1998 to 2005. In these roles, they provided executive-level leadership, managed operations and human resources, developed and marketed programs, and monitored outcomes.

Steve Topping has an MBA in Business Administration from Bryan College, a Bachelor of Science in Management from Covenant College, and has studied Psychology at Austin Peay State University.
