Shelly Mattson

Shelly Mattson has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Shelly currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at ERNO LASZLO, where they have been since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of International Sales at RMS Beauty from 2020 to 2023. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Global Director of Sales at Au Naturale Cosmetics.

Before joining Au Naturale Cosmetics, Shelly spent five years as a Sales Manager for the Americas at Medskin Solutions Dr. Suwelack, a company that specializes in medical and professional skincare. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at SpaRitual. Prior to that, they held the same role at Benefit Cosmetics from 2006 to 2009, where they managed key accounts and a team of Beauty Advisors.

Shelly's career started at Yon-Ka Paris USA, where they worked as a Regional Sales Manager from 2002 to 2004. Shelly then transitioned to a role as a Center Manager at Sona Med Spas in 2004, where they managed a sales team and front desk staff. Finally, they worked as an Account Executive at Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, where they played a key role in turning around a struggling market.

Throughout their career, Shelly has excelled in sales and management positions, consistently driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with key accounts and partners.

Shelly Mattson attended Eastern Washington University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Marketing, with a focus on marketing and finance. Shelly also attended Walla Walla Community College from 1992 to 1994, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Business.
