Paul Bethge

Paul Bethge has a strong background in finance and controlling, with experience in various roles at different companies. Paul is currently the Geschäftsführer (CFO/ CHRO) at ESE Engineering und Software-Entwicklung GmbH since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Finance & Controlling at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH from April 2016 to December 2020. Before that, they held the same position at DB ProjektBau GmbH from September 2015 to March 2016. Paul also has experience at DB International GmbH, where they served as the Director of Finance & Controlling from January 2014 to March 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Commercial (Project) Manager from April 2011 to December 2013 and as a Commercial Project Manager from August 2010 to March 2011 at DB International GmbH.

Paul Bethge attended Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2009. Paul obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Industrial Management.
