Scott Finkelstein

Scott Finkelstein has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Scott is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at eSkill, where they oversee employment assessments and skills gap measurement. Scott is also the Founder and CEO of MyWorkout.AI, a platform that provides personalized fitness training. Additionally, they are a Board Member at the McCombs Center for Global Business and a Founding Member of the Executive Council Network (ECN). Prior to these roles, Scott founded SalesSCALERS, a sales leadership and business coaching platform. Scott has also served as an Advisor to startups at Newchip Accelerator and held leadership positions at GreenLight IoT. Scott's expertise includes strategic guidance, capital raising, talent acquisition, and business growth.

Scott Finkelstein obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance & Insurance from the University of Hartford, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their undergraduate degree, Scott has obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they became a Certified Business Coach from ActionCOACH Global. In January 2020, they achieved the designation of Certified Executive Coach from the same institution. Also, in February 2020, Scott obtained the DISC Practitioner certification from Assessments 24x7.
