Jennifer Balsan

Jennifer Balsan has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health and counseling. Jennifer is currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at Esperanza Health Centers since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant and Clinical Supervisor at the same organization from August 2019.

Before joining Esperanza Health Centers, Jennifer worked at Lakeside Educational Network as a School-based Counselor from August 2012 to August 2019. Jennifer also held a similar role at the same organization from August 2011 to August 2012.

Jennifer's work experience also includes a role as a Family Connections Counselor at Catapult Learning from November 2010 to August 2011.

Jennifer Balsan holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science from Penn State University. Jennifer also pursued a Master of Social Services degree from Bryn Mawr College.
