Will Raisor

Will Raisor is currently the Recruitment and Engagement Manager at ESS, bringing experience in recruitment and engagement strategy, training, development coordination, and social media and technology management. Will also serves as the Executive Director at Love Must Win, Inc, a 501-c-3 organization providing a safe haven for all. With a background in HR and sales management at various companies such as Chico's FAS, Inc., The Limited, and Gap Inc./ Banana Republic, Will is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Harvard Extension School after obtaining a Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix.
