Katya Stewart

Katya Stewart has extensive experience in HRIS and HR management. Katya currently holds the position of Head of HRIS at Essentra since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Smiths Group plc as the Global HRIS Manager, responsible for the development and maintenance of various HR systems and interfaces. Katya also worked as a Global HRIS Analyst at Smiths Group plc. Before that, they served as the HR Systems and Processes Leader EMEA at Univar Solutions and as the HRIS Manager EMEA at SPX Corporation. Katya began their career as an HR Advisor at Philips Electronics.

Katya Stewart obtained a Masters degree (Honours) in Linguistics and intercultural communication from Moscow Linguistics University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Later, they pursued HR Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, completing the Chartered MCIPD, Advanced Diploma (Level 7) from 2009 to 2012.
