Brian Bransteitter

Brian Bransteitter is an experienced senior software engineer who has worked on several no-code platforms. Brian began their career in 1999 as a sales associate at Circuit City before moving onto their first software engineering role as a web developer co-op at 5points.net in 2001. From there, they developed their no-code platform expertise, first with Express Dynamics LLC in 2003, where they helped develop and deploy custom software to clients through simple configuration tools. Brian then worked for WorkXpress from 2006 to 2016 as a senior software engineer, where they designed and developed a cloud-native no-code platform, which won an award in 2012. Most recently, from 2016 to 2023, they served as a principal software engineer at CitizenDeveloper, where they led the development of another no-code platform that provided users with drag-and-drop tools to generate data models and logic. At Essex, an Emmes company, they were a contractor for the National Institute of Health and the National Cancer Institute, where they employed their skills to help researchers fight cancer.

Brian Bransteitter received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2002.
