Mike Erickson

Mike Erickson has a diverse work experience in sales, marketing, and customer success roles in the technology industry. Mike currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Estech Systems, Inc. (ESI) since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Leader at Netgate from July 2019 to August 2020. From August 2016 to July 2019, Mike was the Americas Sales Director for 6WIND, a computer networking software company. Mike also has experience at NETSCOUT / Tektronix, where they served as the Director of Global Sales and Marketing for Test and Measurement from January 2013 to August 2016, and as the Director of Corporate Digital Marketing from January 2011 to December 2012. Before joining NETSCOUT / Tektronix, Mike worked at Tektronix Communications as a Sales and Business Development professional from January 2006 to December 2010. Mike'scareer started in 1990 at Nortel Networks, where they held various roles in product management, marketing, training, and software development until December 2005. Mike began their professional journey as a Software Designer at NEC America, Inc. from January 1987 to December 1989.

Mike Erickson attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1983 to 1987. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
