Matt Crum

Matt Crum is an experienced restaurant manager with a strong background in high-volume dining environments. Currently serving as General Manager at Ethan Stowell Restaurants since September 2023, Matt oversees day-to-day operations, training, ordering, and payroll at a premier Italian restaurant in Idaho. Prior roles include Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House, where Matt maintained service standards and organized staff activities, and Service Lead positions at Ethan Stowell Restaurants and Tavolata, focusing on service coordination and cocktail menu development.
