Öze Kantürer Mercan

Öze Kantürer Mercan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. In 2010, they worked as an intern at AB ve Dış İlişkiler Koordinasyon Merkezi. In 2011, they had internships at Kinay Group and Kanal D. In 2012, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at BRAND IQ - Technical Recruitment Consultancy, where they specialized in IT and telecommunication sectors. Öze then joined Türksam as an intern later in the same year. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as an HR Specialist at Etiya, where they were responsible for recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, conducting pre-screening interviews, and coordinating interviews. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Principal Human Resources Specialist at Etiya. Currently, they are the Lead of Talent Acquisitions & People BP at Etiya.

Öze Kantürer Mercan obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Trakya University between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, between 2011 and 2013, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Anadolu University.
