Burak Kolcu

Burak Kolcu's work experience begins in 2017 as a Human Resources Intern at Intertech Bilgi İşlem ve Pazarlama Tic. A.Ş. From there, they join Etiya as a Human Resources Intern in September 2018, then transitions to a Human Resources Assistant in October 2018. Burak continues to grow within Etiya, holding positions as a Human Resources Specialist from January 2020 to January 2021, a Senior Human Resources Specialist from January 2021 to February 2022, and finally a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisitions & People BP starting in April 2023. In 2022, they also work as a Talent Management Specialist at iLab from April 2022 to April 2023. Additionally, they briefly work as an HR professional at Maroteknoloji from February to April 2022.

Burak Kolcu completed their Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Marmara University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from Istanbul Medeniyet University, which they attended from 2021 to 2022.
