Kylie Ryan

Kylie Manners is an experienced professional currently serving as the Industrial Division Manager for the Capital Region at ETS, Inc. since August 2023, after previously holding the role of Client Solutions Manager. Manners has a strong background in athletics, having worked as a Track and Field Coach at Stevenson University from June 2021 to August 2023, focusing on sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers, and multi-event athletes while promoting student academic success. Prior to that, Manners was an Assistant XC/TF Coach at State University of New York College at Brockport, where expertise in sprints, hurdles, and multi-event athletes helped achieve program goals. Additional coaching experience includes roles at State University of New York College at Cortland and SUNY Geneseo. Earlier professional experience includes customer service leadership at L.L.Bean, where Kylie enhanced customer satisfaction through effective communication and personalized support. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Science in Athletic Administration from SUNY Brockport.
