Zofia Ciechowska

Zofia Ciechowska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people strategy and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of People Strategy at Etsy, Zofia oversees teams focused on employee impact, career development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Zofia led Etsy's Strategy & Operations Team and served as a Senior Director at Primary Venture Partners, where the focus was on supporting founders and best practices in operations. Zofia's background includes significant roles at Spotify in strategic planning, IDEO, Undercurrent, Made by Many, and Tate, coupled with a strong educational foundation including a Master’s degree in Digital Humanities from UCL. Recognized for innovative contributions, Zofia was a First Movers Fellow at The Aspen Institute and is a former Global Lead for Women @ Spotify.
