Liam Canny

Liam Canny is an experienced broadcast journalist and media relations specialist, currently serving both Euroleague Basketball and FIBA since January 2010, where responsibilities include commenting on games and managing press interactions. Additionally, Liam Canny has held a teaching and coaching role at TASIS The American School in England since 2003, specializing in economics and history while coaching various boys' sports teams and achieving notable success in international competitions. Prior experience includes teaching at Haberdashers' Aske's Federation and serving as a lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard, where Liam Canny taught government to prospective naval academy students. Academic qualifications include Master's degrees from the University of Cambridge and Queen's University Belfast, as well as a Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame.
