Stefanos Nikolopoulos

Stefanos Nikolopoulos, Ph.D., is a Senior Cybersecurity Data Scientist at the European Commission since September 2023, previously serving as a Senior Associate in Cybersecurity Data Science and Analytics at Pfizer from May 2022 to September 2023. Notable contributions at Pfizer included supporting analytics and predictive modeling projects and applying machine learning to tackle cybersecurity challenges. Prior to Pfizer, Stefanos held the position of AI Researcher at the National Technical University of Athens, focusing on advanced topics in data-driven modeling and machine learning applications such as surrogate modeling for dynamic systems and the solution of partial differential equations. Stefanos holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the National Technical University of Athens, where also a Master of Science in Applied Mechanics was earned, complemented by a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras and a coding bootcamp certification in Java Full Stack Development.
