Roger Appelo

Roger Appelo has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the tech and automotive industries. Roger is currently serving as VP NA & Europe at Eurotech since October 2021. Prior to this, they were the VP Global Sales & Marketing at Dukosi from September 2020 to September 2021. Roger also worked as VP / General Manager - BL Automotive at ams AG from June 2018 to August 2020. Before that, they held multiple roles at Sensata Technologies, including VP Sales, Director Marketing & Business Development, Business Development Manager, Global Strategy Manager, and Marketing Manager Active Safety & Global Strategy Manager. Roger has also worked at Texas Instruments as a Segment Marketing Manager and Sr Design Engineer, and at BCcomponents as a Marketing Segment Manager. Roger began their career at Texas Instruments as a Design Engineer and Application Engineer, and also worked at Hacon bv as a Software Engineer & Product Development. Throughout their career, Roger has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, business development, strategy, and product development.

Roger Appelo attended the following educational institutions and obtained the corresponding degrees:

- From 2002 to 2003, they attended the University of Groningen and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in B2B Marketing.

- In 1992 and 1993, they attended HTS Rijkshogeschool Groningen, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Technical Computer Science.

- During the same period, they also attended HTS Tech. Information Science and obtained an Ing degree in Robotics.

- From 1988 to 1992, they attended HTS Automotive and earned an Ing degree in Automotive Design.

- Starting from 1982 until 1988, they attended VWO, where they studied English, German, French, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, and Math. Roger did not specify obtaining a degree during this period.
