Zach Fratus

Zach Fratus is an accomplished professional currently serving as AVP of Strategic Initiatives at Everest since April 2023, after previously holding the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives at Liberty Mutual Insurance from November 2015 to April 2023. At Liberty Mutual, Zach led cross-functional strategic initiatives and project activities focused on strategy development, employee engagement, and executive preparation for key corporate events. Prior roles included Director and Consultant in Global Product Solutions, where Zach defined global strategy, developed new products, and optimized processes. Earlier experience at The Hartford involved modeling financial plans and analyzing new business as an Actuarial Analyst and Underwriter. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bentley University and is an MBA candidate at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, expected to graduate in 2024.
