Lou Demola Cpa

Lou DeMola is a CPA and MBA with extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Lou currently holds the position of Vice President in the CFO Advisory Group at Evergreen Advisors since October 2021. Prior to this, Lou served as the Chief Financial Officer at BrainTrust Holdings LLC from September 2017 to November 2021. In this role, they utilized their diverse financial knowledge and strategic expertise to optimize the organization's mission and business outcomes. Before BrainTrust Holdings LLC, Lou worked at Next Century Corporation as a Controller from June 2007 to September 2017, where they managed all aspects of the company's financial statements and ensured compliance with regulations. Additionally, Lou was the Director of Corporate Compliance at Duratek from June 2001 to May 2007. In this role, they were responsible for the planning and execution of internal control assessments and the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Concurrently, Lou also served as the Manager of Project Services, overseeing Federal and Commercial project accounting.

Lou DeMola, CPA, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science degree from Waynesburg University from 1983 to 1987. Lou then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland, graduating between 2000 and 2004.
