Heather Gondek

Heather Gondek has extensive experience in various roles within the marketing and communications field. Heather is currently working as a Senior Global Strategic Communications Manager at Everstream Analytics since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at UL, where they held multiple positions. Heather'sroles at UL included Director of Owned Media Marketing, Senior Global Strategic Communications Manager in the Connected Technologies Business, and Global Marketing Manager in the Commercial & Industrial Business. Heather demonstrated strong people leadership skills, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to their teams. Heather also played a key role in recruiting and onboarding new team members. Additionally, Heather was involved in driving content strategy, process enhancements, and marketing operations improvements. Before joining UL, they worked at Aon Hewitt as a Client Analyst, where they successfully onboarded new team members and led various projects to improve processes and client deliverables.

Heather Gondek graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Studies & Organizational Communications from Roosevelt University in 2011. In addition, they obtained the Global Leader Program certification from UL in October 2018, and completed the UL Strategic Marketing Program from the Yale School of Management in May 2019.
