Jeffrey Keith has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Jeffrey started their career as an Information Systems Consultant at Keane Inc from 1999 to 2003. Jeffrey then worked at GE Capital as a Technical Help Desk Specialist from 2003 to 2005, and later as a Customer Service Team Lead from 2005 to 2006.

After that, Jeffrey joined American Express and held the position of Account Management Specialist from 2006 to 2010. During their tenure, they managed large corporate travel and purchasing card programs, implemented new clients, improved servicing strategies, and led cross-departmental initiatives.

From 2010 to 2020, Jeffrey worked at Galileo Financial Technologies as an Account Manager. Jeffrey managed a team and client programs, collaborated with cross-functional departments, and ensured client satisfaction.

In 2020, Jeffrey briefly worked as a Consultant at FinTech Tradecraft, providing consulting services.

Currently, Jeffrey is working at Ando as an Operations Manager since 2020. Their responsibilities include managing the implementation of the card program, maintaining relationships with third-party vendors, leading cross-functional meetings, developing and executing strategies for increasing product usage, and ensuring compliance.

In 2022, Jeffrey will be joining Evolve Bank & Trust as a Fintech Success Manager.

Jeffrey Keith attended Virginia Tech from 1993 to 1997. Jeffrey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies.
