Chris Davies

Chris Davies has a diverse work experience. Chris started their career as a Regional Support Officer at Welsh Assembly Government, where they provided assessments and reviews of social services and regulated care settings. Chris then transitioned to DS Smith, a leading packaging supplier, where they worked as a Recruitment Business Partner and Recruitment Advisor, overseeing all areas of recruitment. Later, they joined Shared Services Connected Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Most recently, Chris has worked at EVONA as a Senior Principal Recruiter, focusing on empowering growth within the space sector. Chris also had a role as a Senior Recruiter at EVONA and as a Senior Recruiter at ICEYE, where they helped attract and retain talented individuals globally.

Chris Davies attended St Cenydd from 1998 to 2005, but did not receive a degree or study any specific field. Later, from 2006 to 2009, they attended Swansea University and obtained a degree in Business Management.
