Humberto Pinto jr

Humberto Pinto Jr has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer experience, product management, and digital transformation.

Starting in 2000, they worked as a Customer Operations Manager at Algar Tech for five years. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a Customer Experience Manager at Teleperformance Brasil, where they were responsible for customer service operations for companies such as Brasil Telecom, Itau Financiamentos, and Motorola.

In 2007, Humberto founded The Amazon Hut, an entrepreneurial endeavor. Humberto also worked as a Business Development Manager at Algar Tech during the same period.

In 2009, Humberto co-founded 3pi, a data mining applications company that worked with clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Nestle, and Algar.

From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Director of CX, Marketing, and Business Development at Callink Servicos de Call Center. In this role, they were responsible for acquiring large contracts with companies in the financial, logistics, telecom, and wholesale sectors, such as Bradesco, Claro, and Santander.

From 2016 to 2018, Humberto worked as the Director of Product at media-core®, where they managed the creation of a digital service platform for virtual assistants.

From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Group Product Manager at Algar Tech, leading the Inbound Tribe and overseeing the digital transformation and customer experience management for various sectors.

Subsequently, from 2021 to 2022, Humberto worked at Dock as the Head of Customer Experience and Design, responsible for UX/UI, service design, and product design. Humberto also served as the Group Product Manager, overseeing the development and implementation of financial products and core banking services.

Currently, Humberto is working at Firstbase as a Service Designer/CX Manager, where they bring their expertise in customer experience and management to the design and delivery of services.

Humberto Pinto Jr's education history includes attending Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued an Engineer's degree. Humberto continued their education at the same institution from 1996 to 2001, this time focusing on psychology and obtaining a degree in the field.
