Orestis M.

Orestis M. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2005 when they were self-employed as an Electronic Engineer. In 2013, they served as an Antiaircraft Gunner in the Hellenic Army. In 2012, they completed an internship as a Software Developer at the Athens Water Supply and Sewage Company. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at the University of Greenwich as a Software Developer, and then at the University of Brighton as an Information Security Teaching Assistant, Web Development Teaching Assistant, and Mathematics Teaching Assistant. In 2018, they joined AUSTRIACARD AG as an IoT Security Engineer, and in 2017 they became Head of Engineering and Director at Exalens.

Orestis M. attended the Piraeus University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2013, where they earned a Diploma in Electronic Engineering. Orestis then attended the University of Greenwich from 2014 to 2015 and earned a Master's degree in Network & Computer System Security. Lastly, they attended the University of Brighton from 2015 to 2019 and earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computer and Information Systems Security.
