Kevin Carr

Kevin Carr is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary for Excelitas Technologies Corp.

Mr. Carr joined Excelitas in 2013 as Corporate Counsel and was promoted to Director, Corporate Counsel in 2014 providing legal oversight on various commercial and compliance matters. Mr. Carr served as interim General Counsel from January 2018 through August of 2018 after which he was promoted to Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Mr. Carr was promoted to General Counsel in 2023. Prior to joining Excelitas Mr. Carr worked for Raytheon Technologies.

Mr. Carr received his J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law, an M.B.A. from Northeastern University, and a B.A. from St. Anselm College. Additionally, Mr. Carr has successfully completed the Harvard Law School Executive Education Leadership in Corporate Counsel Program.
