David Nouet

David Nouet has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and compensation & benefits. David currently holds the position of Group Compensation & Benefits Director at Exclusive Networks since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ipsen where they held various roles including Human Resources Regional Head Asia-Pacific, Compensation & Benefits Senior Director, Head of Global Compensation, and Corporate HR - Compensation & Benefits. Before Ipsen, they worked at Cavotec as a Group Human Resources Project Manager, and at Towers Watson as a Senior Consultant Talent & Reward and Consultant Human Capital Group. David also had trainee positions at AMEC SPIE, EDF, and France 5.

David Nouet completed their Master's degree in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley in 2008. Prior to that, they studied at Ecole de Management Leonard de Vinci from 2004 to 2006, where they earned another Master's degree in Gestion-Finance.
