David Vosvick currently serves as Vice President of Customer Operations at Exelon, overseeing customer service, large customer services, customer strategy, financial operations, and field services. With extensive experience in human resources, Vosvick has previously held roles as Vice President of Human Resources and Support Services at Exelon Utilities, and Vice President of Human Resources for Pepco Holdings, where strategic HR policies were implemented for over 4,200 employees across multiple regions. Prior to joining Exelon, Vosvick worked at MBNA/Bank of America in various senior vice president roles, leading corporate staffing and restructuring initiatives. Vosvick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Human Resources from The University of Texas at Dallas.
