Julien Husson

Julien Husson is the Directeur Général Europe at EXKi, overseeing integrated and franchised restaurants in Europe, with a revenue of €120 million and a team of 400 staff across France and Belgium. As a member of the executive committee, Julien has played a key role in optimizing operations and restructuring teams in response to the Covid crisis. Previously, Julien held several positions within EXKi including General Manager Franchise Europe, where responsibilities included managing over 65 franchise locations across six countries, and Business Development Manager, focusing on international market expansion. Prior to EXKi, Julien was Head of Operations at Cojean, managing operations for a leading restaurant start-up in France.
