Shireen Lenormand

Shireen Lenormand, CF APMP has over 17 years of professional experience. Shireen began their career in 2004 as a Recruitment Consultant at The Bayside Group of Companies. In 2008, they moved to Turnaround Recruitment as a Principal Consultant and also served as a Recruitment Consultant at Pharmaceutical and Medical Professionals. From 2010-2022, they were a Lead Contracts Specialist and Recruitment Partner at Stryker. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Bid and Pre-Sales Manager at Exotrail.

Shireen Lenormand, CF APMP holds a Cert IV in Recruitment and Selection from TAFE NSW, obtained in 2005. In 2021, they obtained an APMP Foundation Certification from APMG International and a Diplôme d’études en langue française (DELF B2) from Alliance Française de Melbourne. In 2019, they obtained Microsoft Teams Essential Training from LinkedIn, and in 2017 they obtained Strengths Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup.
