Howard H.

Howard H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Legal Assistant Paralegal in the US Army. Following this, they joined Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. in 2017 as a Research Analyst. In 2019, they moved on to SOSi (SOS International) where they held the position of Language-Enabled Intelligence Analyst, responsible for collecting data, conducting analysis, and producing intelligence reports. In addition, they collaborated with System Developers to build database infrastructure and trained junior analysts. Currently, Howard is working at Exovera, starting in 2022. Howard first held the role of Senior China Analyst, and later transitioned to the position of Chief, Defense Solutions, CIRA, where they are currently employed.

Howard H. completed their Bachelor of Law degree in Law at Soochow University from 2006 to 2010. Howard then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2010 to 2011. Lastly, Howard H. attended the Elliott School of International Affairs from 2015 to 2017, earning a Master of Arts degree in Asian Studies.
