Courtney Struthers

Courtney Struthers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Courtney currently holds the position of Senior Director of Customer Advocacy and Marketing at Expel. Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Marketing and Advocacy at Talkdesk, where they led a team that redesigned the customer advocacy program and drove significant revenue growth. Before that, they served as the Director of Customer Marketing at WorkSpan, where they focused on expanding customer advocacy and developing customer story assets. Courtney also worked as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Kenna Security, where they built and scaled the company's first customer marketing program. Additionally, Courtney has experience as the Director of Client Operations at Byrnes Communications, where they managed client accounts and oversaw agency projects. Courtney also took a sabbatical to pursue education and entrepreneurship, during which they worked on various health and wellness initiatives and earned a Master of Science in Nutrition. Lastly, they worked at HP in a variety of roles, including Alliance Manager, Program Manager, and Product Marketing, where they developed marketing programs, initiatives, and launch campaigns.

Courtney Struthers holds a Master's Degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health, with a focus on biochemistry, statistics, and nutrigenetics, from Maryland University of Integrative Health, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Courtney also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of California, Riverside. In addition, they completed an 8-week Product Manager Bootcamp at Product School from June to August 2018. Courtney has obtained various certifications including Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) from the Board for Certified Nutrition Specialists in 2015, and Customer Advocacy Certified | Masters from the Customer Success Collective in 2022. Courtney is also an Influitive Certified Consultant.
