Callie Fry

Director, Customer Success at Expert Institute

Callie Fry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Callie began their career in 2015 at Kansas State University Recreational Center, where they served as an Assistant Building Supervisor and later promoted to Building Supervisor. In 2016, they joined JNT Company, LLC as a Marketing Intern and eventually became a Marketing Associate, Client Services. Since 2018, Callie has been working at Expert Institute, initially as a Customer Success Specialist, then as a Customer Success Manager, and most recently as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Callie currently holds the position of Director, Customer Success at Expert Institute, where they are responsible for partnering with law firms nationwide to provide expert consulting and strategic support.

Callie Fry completed their high school education at Herndon High School from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing at Kansas State University from 2013 to 2017.
