Sheri Weber Smith has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Sheri currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Exponential Power since January 2020. Prior to this, they held the same position at Nolan Power Group, LLC and Storage Battery Systems, LLC from January 2020 to January 2021. From December 2015 to January 2020, they worked as the HR Director at The Vollrath Company. Before that, they served as the HR Director at Lamplight - The Tiki Brand, where they led initiatives for long-range planning, talent development, succession planning, and cultural transformation. From January 2012 to September 2013, they worked as an HR Business Partner and Consultant at Kimberly-Clark, focusing on employee activities, talent development, performance management, and culture. Sheri also worked as an Employee Relations Manager and HR Manager at Kohler Co. from 2006 to 2011, handling employee life cycle, performance management, organizational development, labor relations, and major projects. Sheri started their career at Allstate Insurance in 1994, working as an HR Division Manager and gaining experience in recruiting, employee relations, and team development.

Sheri Weber Smith earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Finance and a minor in Philosophy from Lubar College of Business. Sheri later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Capabilities from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
