Matthew Lish

Matthew Lish has a diverse and extensive work experience. Matthew began their career as a Real Estate Investment Analyst at Dandrew Capital Partners, LLC in 2014. Matthew then interned as an Analyst at JG Mellon Stabilized NNN Income Fund in 2015. In the same year, they co-led the BYU Real Estate Finance Club as a Co-President. Matthew then joined Extra Space Storage in 2016, starting as an Analyst and gradually moving up the ranks to become a Director in the Lending & Investments department. Matthew worked in various roles within the Investments division, including Manager, Senior Manager, and most recently, as the Director. In 2023, Matthew joined Sundance Bay as the Vice President.

Matthew Lish completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business in 2017. Matthew also holds additional certifications including Excel Certification (Levels 1, 2, & 3) obtained from Real Estate Financial Modeling in 2016 and Eagle Scout obtained from Boy Scouts of America in 2009.
