Randy Johns has extensive experience in customer success and support roles. Randy currently holds the position of VP Customer Success & Support at ExtraHop since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the President & COO of ARJ Real Estate starting in 2016. Randy also held leadership positions in companies such as Alvaria, Inc. as SVP Global Customer Care, Plex Systems, Inc. as Vice President Global Customer Care, RealPage, Inc. as SVP Customer Operations, Concentrix as Group Vice President & GM, and Teleperformance as Senior Vice President Operations.

Randy Johns has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education Administration from Hyles-Anderson College. Additionally, they hold a Master's Certificate in Human Resources Management from Michigan State University.
