Pablo Mosquella

Pablo Mosquella has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pablo started their career at McDonalds UAE as an operative, where they gained valuable experience in following documented processes and continuous evaluation. Pablo then worked as an English teacher, providing private lessons at all levels.

Moving into the corporate world, Pablo held roles at LexisNexis Argentina, where they worked as an XML Tagger and Quality Assurance professional. Pablo processed legal documents and created VB macros for efficient processing. Pablo also gained proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office.

Pablo later joined Infinite Software as a Technical Support Manager and Project Manager, responsible for managing customer issues, troubleshooting .NET applications, and configuring operating systems.

Pablo further enhanced their project management skills at Telefónica Argentina, working in the PMO and IT Governance department. Here, they provided support to project management activities, performed process analysis, and developed Balanced Scorecards.

Pablo then joined Pragma Consultores, where they continued their project management career. Pablo eventually transitioned to Grupo Sancor Seguros, leading the Generation of Documents project using PMI and Agile methodologies.

At Citi, Pablo took on the role of Chief of Staff in the Markets & Securities Services Ops & Tech LATAM department. Pablo led the implementation of Global PMO Standards and established a PMO team for LATAM, defining project management control and growth strategies.

Most recently, Pablo worked at Impala.PRO as an Agile Coach, primarily working with clients such as The Coca-Cola Company and Galicia Seguros. Pablo helped organizations drive strategic goals into execution by creating tailored management layers and methodologies.

Pablo's current role is as the Chief Operating Officer at Extrimian, where their expertise in operations, management, and strategic execution is utilized.

Pablo Mosquella has a diverse education history with a focus on behavioral sciences and business administration. In 2020, they completed the "Programa Ejecutivo en Behavioral Economics" at Universidad del CEMA, where they studied behavioral sciences. In 2019, they attended Kleer and obtained knowledge in the innovation process using Design Thinking. Between 2007 and 2012, Pablo pursued a degree in "Licenciado en Administración de Empresas" (Enterprise Management) at UADE, specializing in Administration, Enterprise & Project Management. In 2009, they earned a certification in "Developing Personal and Management Competencies" from Harvard Extension School, focusing on Organizational Leadership. Prior to this, from 2003 to 2006, they studied at Instituto Superior del Profesorado Joaquín V. González and obtained a degree in English Language, becoming an English Teacher. Furthermore, Pablo also holds several certifications. In 2019, they became a "Scrum at Scale Certified Practitioner" from Scrum@Scale. In 2018, they obtained the "CSM - Certified Scrum Master" certification from Scrum Alliance, as well as the "ICP-EPO - ICAgile Certified Professional - Enterprise Product Ownership" and "ICP-PPM - ICAgile Certified Professional - Program and Portfolio Management" certifications from ICAgile. Finally, in 2012, they earned the "PMP - Project Management Professional" certification from the Project Management Institute.
