Jean-Pierre du Plessis has extensive experience in the metallurgical field, having worked at Exxaro for several years in various roles. Currently, Jean-Pierre is a Metallurgical Advanced Process Control Engineer at the Grootegeluk Coal mine in Lephalale, where Jean-Pierre focuses on developing and deploying APC's, monitoring their performance, and making improvements. Jean-Pierre also handles responsibilities related to process engineering, product quality assurance, data analysis, and project management.
