Ian Karcher

Ian Karcher has extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and mobility roles. Ian is currently the Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility at Exyte, where they have been since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility at Exyte from November 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Exyte, Ian worked at Aon as an Associate Partner for Human Capital Solutions Central Europe. In this role, they led a multinational team and was responsible for delivering HR transformation projects and various compensation solutions, such as gender pay-gap analysis and long-term incentives. Ian also managed internal and external marketing, change management, and HR organizational design. Ian worked at Aon from an unspecified start date in 2017 to October 2021.
