Heather L. Ceraolo

Heather L. Ceraolo, MBA, SPHR has extensive work experience in various human resources and talent acquisition roles. Heather is currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at ECI since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief People Officer at CloudHesive from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at QEP Co., Inc. Heather also worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Envision Physician Services from 2014 to 2018. Heather served as the Head of Human Resources at IBM Southeast Employees' Credit Union from 2009 to 2014 and held the role of Human Resources - M&A and International Programs at Citrix from 2004 to 2007.

Heather L. Ceraolo holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bentley University. Heather also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the New York Institute of Technology. In addition, they hold a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute.
