Mitch Davison

Operations manager Mitch Davison is the living version of F.A. Wilhelm’s “can-do and will-do” attitude, and he firmly believes there is no project too challenging to overcome. As an experienced leader, Mitch understands that the foundation of every project is built on trust. His ability to build cohesion among clients, teams, and peers leads to creative atmospheres where ideas and solutions are shared, evaluated and implemented. He is also well-known for his easy-going nature, and ability to seamlessly blend both professionalism and fun.

Mitch specializes in construction management and design-build projects where owners, designers and constructors work together early in the design process to develop a value-driven preconstruction and construction plan for success. His ability to listen, communicate and relate to others on many levels brings cohesion and agreement to these multidisciplinary teams, while his expertise and proactive processes protect desired goals and outcomes.

Whether serving in roles as a leader, constructor, advisor and/or building expert, Mitch believes in the power of teams working together to solve challenges. He also believes in going above and beyond to make the seemingly impossible happen and takes seriously his responsibility to pay it forward and mentor the next generation of construction professionals.

As the leader of many of Wilhelm’s most complex projects, Mitch brings an open, collaborative mindset, and understands it is his responsibility to ensure client satisfaction, team unity, and project success.
