Tom Kerker

Operations Manager at F.A. Wilhelm Construction Co., Inc.

Positivity is contagious as evidenced by Tom Kerker’s impact on others. Whether through youth and student engagement volunteer efforts, or serving on the safety research team with Construction Industry Institute (CII), Tom reaches out to others sharing his excitement and passion for the construction industry, all while guiding future generations and encouraging continual innovation.

As a leader, Tom believes there is nothing more valuable than learning from your mistakes and applying and sharing what you have learned. At Wilhelm for three decades, Tom currently leads Wilhelm’s life sciences market, where he oversees many of the firm’s most complex building projects for research, manufacturing, and industrial applications. Given his tenure of serving global clients who are perched on the edge of discovery, Tom understands teams rely on transparent collaboration where ideas are freely discussed and vetted.
